Montana State University’s Extended University will host a full-day Excel training. The interactive, hands-on course includes an introduction to spreadsheet terminology and Excel's window components. Students will learn how to use the help system and navigate worksheets and workbooks, and will develop Excel skills by entering and editing text, values, formulas and pictures. Students will learn about moving and copying data; absolute and relative references; and ranges, rows, and columns. Participants will also learn simple functions, basic formatting techniques and printing. The course is $129, which includes a course textbook. Tuition discounts are offered for members of the Prospera Business Network and Women’s Business Center; the Downtown Bozeman Association; and the chambers of commerce in Livingston and Big Sky.
