Dry Hills is Pairing with Food for Thought to bring you the perfect gift this holiday season! Let's Talk Craft is scheduled for Thursday, January 18th and is a Private Tour and Paired Dinner and Tasting with Dry Hills Spirits!

We will start at 5pm with a tour of our production facility from potato to vodka, and learning the craft of our Montana Whiskey. Hold the grains, possibly tap into a bourbon barrel, and learn what was our inspiration to generate another value-added commodity for our farm!

Following the tour there is a four-course meal prepared by Food for Thought and paired with our spirits. Starting with an appetizer of our Farm Potato Samosa with Garlic and Herb Dip. Than a Mixed Green Salad with Pears, Winter Citrus and Crumbled Gorgonzola to be followed by your entree choice of Herb Rubbed NY Strip with Garlic Baked Mashed Potatoes and Honey Roasted Baby Carrots or Pomegranate & Ginger Glazed Chicken with Caramelized Winter Square & Farro. And don't forget a dessert of Chocolate torte with warm creme anglaise and fresh raspberries!

This is the perfect gift or date night and you will be sure to leave with good spirits and a full belly!
