MORE ABOUT STORY BRIDGE

Story Bridge combines art and science to establish the practice of social transformation and peace within and across communities. Developed by Dr. Richard Geer with a team of distinguished artists, scholars and scientists at Community Performance International (CPI), Story Bridge uses true personal stories and theater to engage deep dialogue, enable authentic relationship building, and facilitate individual and community transformation.

Story Bridge has engaged people of different ages, social economic status, ethnicity and backgrounds in discovering their community with one another, and their innate capacity to realize the beloved community they desire. Through an organic process of Story, Performance, Affinity, Collaboration and Engagement (SPACE), it weaves the community into a more generative web that enables self and collective transcendence.  It has been practiced in many communities in the U.S. and around the world for nearly three decades.
