The City of Bozeman is considering a bond for parks, trails, athletic fields and natural areas for the November ballot. The $10-$15 million measure would cost the average household less than $45/year and will help improve and expand parkland, trail corridors and natural areas.

This funding will help preserve our quality of life by improving parkland, protecting creek corridors, expanding trails, developing athletic fields, and expanding outdoor recreation around Bozeman. Parks, trails, natural areas, and outdoor recreation contribute to our local economy, enhance public health, improve water quality, expand our transportation infrastructure, and strengthen our community. Investing now – while land values are historically low – will help keep Bozeman the “most livable place” for families, businesses, and future generations.
