New work during the month of June at the Artists’ Gallery in The Emerson

Artists Don Sander and Ann Wilbert will be displaying new work during the month of June at the Artists’ Gallery in The Emerson.

Don Sander has painted all his life and has lived in Montana for more than 30 years. He likes creating portraits of old interesting characters, Indians, and Western men. Sander paints primarily in watercolor, but also enjoys working in charcoal and pencil.

Glass bead maker Ann Wilbert has been a member of the Artists Gallery since 2008. Her current designs attempt to echo the colors, shapes, and random form of the natural elements of our western landscape.

Come to the Artists’ Gallery in the Emerson Center, to meet the artists at a wine and cheese reception on the evening of Friday, June 14th from 5-8 p.m., during the first Downtown Art Walk of the season.
