What's Your Beef? Serving the Belgrade Idol of Noise

Consideration is due the measures which have allowed the July 1st – 5th 11AM to 11PM fireworks provision within the city of Belgrade. May it be weightily impressed upon the minds of the Belgrade City Council members that they have fallen far short of their duty to Belgrade citizens in leaving unchecked the continuity of this noise pollution for five continuous days.

Whatever taxes, voting and/or legislative avenues proceeded to bring about this atrocity unequivocally may be judged as injurious to civic-minded persons. Any rational, reasonable, lucid individual, who is attempting to procure a normal life with normal employment in order to provide for the exigencies of life, is of necessity requiring adequate restful sleep in order to perpetuate his/her employment. Due care and recognition must be given to the absurdity of causing suffering to rational individuals as they are forced to endure the affliction of noise pollution, robbing them of circadian rhythms of sleep.  Moreover, the insidious, arrogant spiking quake of fireworks has been medically proven to profoundly harm the circulatory, respiratory, digestive and psychological stability of all mammals, human as well as canine, with irreparable harm.

To be forced to endure such destructive force for five perpetual days is inconsistent with life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness promised within the Constitution. The free enjoyment of liberty of conscience is irrevocably undermined and destroyed. It is irreproachably perilous and a defamation of right granted to Belgrade citizens to allow this perpetuation of heinous, horrid, insufferable defilement of peace and tranquility.

To allow the screeching, shrieking vociferation of fireworks on July 4th until 11PM within the confines of residential neighborhoods is discharging the trust committed the Belgrade City Council members, as many who live in residential dwellings are in desperate need of seeking their bedtime repose at 9:30 or 10PM. Moreover, the ever-increasing 2026 drought conditions of southwest Montana establish the likelihood of fire danger from uninformed residents who lack circumspect knowledge of proper fireworks procedure and handling, thereby greatly incensing the possibility of residential fire. Will it take the incrimsoned burning of a neighborhood before due contemplation is given to this measure?

Inasmuch, I trust the Council will immediately pursue measures which are consistent with Montana peaceable principles by changing the city ordinance to have the July 4th fireworks occur only on a property outside of Belgrade city proper, such as at the Gallatin speedway. Indeed, the sheriff of Gallatin County has enacted that the Bozeman fireworks are held at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds, ensuring sanity to reign within that municipality. This protocol is consistent with past practices, wherein those who sought the liveliness of July 4th gathered among themselves, thus granting peaceful sanity to those whose destiny was tranquil habitation and who desired not to be forced to endure blaring ear-splitting noise pollution.

May the public no longer acquiesce to the myrmidons of Belgrade City Council, but choose rather to speak for the justice granted to them by their forefathers.
