The Northern Winds Flute Circle and Friends will perform Monday, January 27, 7:00 to 8:30 pm in the Community Room of the Bozeman Public Library, sponsored by the Foundation. Members of the NWFC performing include Rick Lawrence, Laura Young, Dave Rusling, Amanda Cater, and Ron Yaw. They will share traditional, contemporary and original music, history, and stories of the Native American and other world flutes. Joining them will be by violist Stephen Guggenheim and guitarist Dan Smith. The group will demonstrate many different styles of playing and end with an audience participation "jam session."
