Sip Before the Symphony Wine Tasting

Saturday, February 1, 5:30 - 7pm
Emerson Cultural Center Galleria Hall, 111 S. Grand Ave, Bozeman

The Galleria at the Emerson continues its 4th Annual Sip Before the Symphony with a wine tasting event hosted by Vino Per Tutti, on Saturday, February 1, from 5:30 - 7pm. Featured Sip Before the Symphony wines will be "Surprise Varietals". Even when grown in different appellations and vinified using different techniques, a varietal wine always displays certain qualities, which are inherent in the grape's personality. For example, Muscat should always be spicy, Sauvignon Blanc a touch herbal. Zinfandel is zesty, with pepper and wild berry flavors. Cabernet Sauvignon is marked by plum, currant and black cherry flavors and firm tannins.

The Bozeman Symphony's program titled "The Guitar Unplugged" will feature a more intimate symphony experience, and the sublime sounds of guest Italian guitarist Nando di Moduano. Participate in the "Sip" for $10 with Symphony tickets, and $15 without, payable at the door. Attendees must be 21 or older to sample wine, and symphony attendance is not required to participate in the wine tasting event. Call 586-8079 for more information on the Sip Before the Symphony. For Bozeman Symphony tickets, visit www.bozemansymphony.org or call 585-9774.
