ALIVE! Driven to Inspire
Women from Bozeman, Livingston and neighboring communities are invited to meet and be inspired by Rachelle Croft and Rhonda Cahill, two Bozeman moms who plan to compete in March in The Rallye Aiche Des Gazelles (French for The Gazelles Rally), the toughest all-female off-road rally in the world, while raising money for a cause that hits close to home for both, the sexual abuse of children.
"We're excited to share our stories of healing and how that's propelling us to embark on even bigger challenges like this competition," says Croft. The evening event called "ALIVE: Driven to Inspire," will be held February 6, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., at 14 North Restaurant located at 14 N. Church Avenue, in Bozeman. The free social gathering is an opportunity for attendees to be uplifted by Rachelle and Rhonda's personal testimonies while learning more about how these two 30-something mothers plan to compete in one of the toughest competitions on the planet.
"While we're looking forward to the mental and physical challenge the nine-day Rallye Aiche Des Gazelle is going to offer us, we're equally excited about the incredible platform it's providing us to break the silence on his epidemic," explains Cahill. "So we've partnered with Voice Today, an organization dedicated to eradicating child sexual abuse. At the same time, being mothers, we hope to inspire moms to live their dreams now as an example to their children, instead of waiting until the kids leave the nest."
The February 6th event will offer free appetizers, a cash bar, complimentary makeovers for hair and makeup and the chance to win door prizes. Any woman, young or old, who wants to be uplifted or desires to dream big, is invited to attend.
