FREE Qi Gong Class

This is a FREE class to introduce you to the Qi Gong series that will be held in the 8 weeks to follow.  Please come and discover the power of Qi Gong!

The Series will an 8 week series, offered 2 times per week for 1 hour and 15 mins.  The class will introduce the Jin Jing Gong Qi Gong lineage.  Offered Tues 5:15-6:30 and Wed 11-12:15 at the Montana Movement Arts Center. The series is $60, or $10 drop-in.

Qi Gong is a gentle, low impact yet powerful movement practice originating in ancient China.  This art form is a mind-body practice that can calm and balance the mind and nervous system leading to more stable moods, sleep patterns and sense of peace. This practice can open meridians and channels allowing energy and blood flow to move in all areas of the body helping to reduce swelling and pain, while strengthening the tendons and ligaments and allowing for greater balance and coordination.  It can help to release chronic holding patterns that cause discomfort and pain, and can increase overall sense of well-being.  Any age group with any level of mobility or condition can practice Qi Gong.
