Learn a comprehensive system of traditional martial arts beginning with simple practical techniques of basic self-defense and continuing to advance to expert kata, grappling, and submission holds combined with high-speed strikes and kicks. Class includes: Warm ups/stretching, personal drilling and group kumite (partner exercises). Join us in an Asian mind/body discipline of practical and traditional physical training techniques. Instructor-Nick Armitage is a 4th degree black belt and has been studying Isshin Kempo Karate for 32 years and teaching for over 20 years.
