Sip and SLAM, a Party with a Purpose

SLAM (Support Local Artists and Musicians) is hosting a “Sip and SLAM, a Party with a Purpose” October 4th, at the Beall Park Recreation Center from 5-10pm to celebrate the unveiling of the Beall park frog drinking fountain. This project features the collaborative work of local artists Mitch Billis,(sculptor), and Sarah Anderson,(mosaic artist), and will be a permanent feature in Beall Park. This event is an opportunity for everyone in the community to come together to see this great work of functional art, enjoy local food from Rendezvous catering, local spirits from Wild Rye distillery, and great live music. Admission to this event is free, food and beverages will be available for purchase, and all proceeds will offset the cost of the fountain project. Everyone is welcome!

A limited number of sponsorship tiles are still available for purchase. These tiles will be incorporated into the design of the fountain and are a great way to show your support of community art projects, the beautification of your city, and SLAM. Please contact us at info@slamfestivals.org for more information about sponsorship.
