The Grangers are Bill Devine (dobro & vocals), Shawna Lockhart (bass) and David Swanson, who helped usher in the power pop and punk movements with his famous LA band, The Pop in the late 1970s. His vocals give The Grangers a sound rooted in folk and pop tradition. Devine, on dobro and vocals, grew up in Roundup, Montana. In 1993 a horse accident left him paralyzed, and music became Bill’s therapy.
