Vagabond Song blends travel memoir with poetry to recount the author’s hitchhiking and road trip adventures. Marc Beaudin is the author of The Moon Cracks Open: A Field Guide to the Birds and Other Poems and the play Frankenstein, Inc. His work has been seen in Avocet, Watershed, the MacGuffin, Temenos, Haiku Journal, Fragile Arts Quarterly, and numerous other journals. He has performed his poetry and spoken word, either alone or with a variety of jazz and rock musicians, at venues across the Midwest and Montana, as well as on several public and independent radio stations.
