The general public is invited to attend the Sweet Pea Festival’s annual board meeting, which will be held on Wednesday November 11th at 6:30 pm. As a community event, Sweet Pea encourages the public to provide feedback on the Festival or consider joining the Board as it begins the planning process for the 2016 Festival, which will be held August 5, 6, and 7, 2016. The Board works year round to plan and produce one of Bozeman’s finest outdoor events. There are a variety of board positions currently available including:  Merchandising Division Coordinator,  Festival Merchandise Sales, Children’s Activities Committee Chair, Dance Committee Chair, Theatre Committee Chair, Hospitality Committee Chair, and Public Relations Committee Chair. Community feedback and volunteerism are essential to the success of the Festival. The board meeting will be held in the basement of Jacobs Crossing building located at 424 E. Main St., Bozeman, MT 59715.
