Beginners welcome! You'll progress at your own level in this aerial silks, trapeze, and lyra (hoop) class. Beginners will work on balancing, climbing, swinging, spinning, and basic poses and sequences. Intermediate aerialists will work through the Level 2-4 curriculum. Class will focus on building strength, flexibility, and strong technique. No experience necessary!

$75 for 5 class punch card, or $90 for unlimited classes and open gym for 30 days.
