Handstand Conditioning Workshop

Handstand Conditioning: Jan 10th 5-7pm at Main Street Dance. For students who enjoy being upside down! This class is designed for individuals looking to improve their general form and posture in a handstand. We will begin with a 30-45 minute cardio and stretching warm-up that will shed light on the “hollow body” shape and how this improves our handstand line. Students will work against the wall and with partners on various exercises including handstand holds, side and back bending in a handstand and using press strength to raise and lower in and out of a handstand.
