This class will introduce beginning skills on aerial hammock and low-flying trapeze. Students will explore moving upside-down, swinging and spinning. They will develop a strong foundation of core fitness, air awareness and safety as they learn the essence of aerial arts. This class promotes important life skills such as: confidence, focus, teamwork, respect, artistic expression, memory, discipline and coordination. 2016 Sessions: Session 1: Feb 1- Mar 7 (5 weeks) $100 (no class 2/8) Session 2: Mar 21- Apr 25 (5 weeks) $100 (no class 4/4) Session 3: May 9- Jun 6 (4 weeks) $80 ​(no class 5/30) Enroll in classes all Semester and bring your hard work to the stage! ​June 4th, 2016 Mountain Air students will perform along-side Main Street Dance in a recital on The Emerson main stage.
