Apple Tree Grafting Workshop

Learn how to propagate apple trees! The time tested techniques of fruit tree grafting will be discussed including tools, timing and proper scion and rootstock. Attendees will then utilize what they have learned to bud- and whip-and tongue graft different varieties of apple trees onto modern hardy rootstock. This will be a hands-on class. Each participant will be able to take home their own grafted trees to plant on their own property. All the materials and tools will be provided for the workshop.
