The MettaThon is a 24hour community event, offering teachings by local dharma teachers, silent meditation, streamed video, yoga, chanting, poetry, and other mindful activities. All are welcome, no prior meditation experience necessary. This is a fundraiser for the MindSpace Sangha of the Bozeman Dharma Center, suggested donation is $5-10/hour. MindSpace is a weekly gathering of adults roughly 1835
years old, who practice or wish to learn about meditation, mindfulness, and Buddhism.
Snacks provided, please bring lunch/dinner or feel free to come as you are.
