Great Beginnings Montessori School's 13th Chocolate Moose Fundraiser

This year, we're going to start the evening with country dance lessons from local superstars, Peggy and Steve. They dance all over Montana, and you'll feel at home learning to two-step with these dynamic dancers, who have been partners for over 50 years. We will have a silent auction, which includes opportunities to find the perfect holiday presents generously donated by local businesses. We have a live cash call, which allows you to open your wallet and heart, and give directly to our school - in support of our second campus expansion. And, we have live gaming, so you can have the opportunity to gamble and give to a good cause at the same time.

We have beer, wine and a signature cocktail at the event from a cash bar. Additionally, we have a local BBQ with Schudogs Free Range Sausage for purchase parked just outside the main door.

Live Music:

www.Twang – “Honky-tonk country western the way it was meant to be.”  The band was formed in 1998 by singer/songwriter Buck Buchanan and drummer Johnny Regan.  With Russ Olsen on bass, Sandy Dodge adds the cryin’ steel guitar, and Jim Lewis brings on the twangin’ electric lead guitar.  All the band members sing and together they create a bona fide honky-tonk dance band featuring original and classic country, with solid dance rhythms, sweet country harmonies, and dazzling instrumentals. Their roots are deep and their sound is real.

This is a Montana dress-up event. That usually means your cocktail dresses paired with cowboy boots. Or, your dress jeans and a nice shirt. Ties are the exception rather than the norm, and heels are always fun to dance in.
