Over the past 6 months, we have worked to construct a Community Vision that reflects our community’s aspirations, using public, staff and commission input. If the vision is direction, our values are foundational. We welcome you to help us solidify a foundation that reflects our community’s shared beliefs and ideals – the things we wish to honor and retain going forward. The Community Vision, paired with the Values will serve as a compass for our Strategic Plan’s Goals and Actions. The more closely a goal aligns with our vision and values, the more pressing it becomes – which is why this foundation is so important.
