Museum of the Rockies wants your high school students to learn about recent Triceratops discoveries! Dr. John Scannella, the Interim Curator of Paleontology at Museum of the Rockies, has been involved in the Hell Creek Project since 2006, a multi-institutional exploration of the end of the Age of Dinosaurs in Montana and surrounding areas, spearheaded by MOR. John’s research focuses on the growth and evolution of Triceratops and its relatives.

Explore Triceratops with one of the world’s leading experts, live from MOR’s Collections, and uncover the science behind the most recent discoveries regarding this dinosaur species using real fossils.

In conjunction with FieldTripZoom, MOR will be offering three live webinars. The sessions are will run for 45 minutes and cover the same topic. 

These events are free for Montana educators. A subscription to FieldTripZoom is required for educators located outside of Montana and can be found at  http://www.fieldtripzoom.com/educators/.
