The evening begins at 6:30 PM. Dinner is served family style at Sabo Ranch. The menu is written by Chef Mel and the Seasonal Montana team and inspired by what is in season. All ingredients are sourced locally. This dinner will highlight Sabo Ranch's amazing grass fed Devon beef, american guinea hogs, eggs and dairy. The menu will also be inspired by the beautiful product grown by Kim Keller & David Maxwell, owners of Pony Produce in Pony, Montana. Local craft beer and wines provided by Vino Per Tutti.
