Wave of Light

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. On the 15th of every October there is an International Wave of Light.
At 7 p.m in each time zone, people light a candle in memory of a pregnancy or baby gone too soon. This creates a wave of light around the globe in memory of the precious littles ones and the impact they have had on our lives.

For the Wave of Light in Bozeman, we will meet at Bogert Park Pavilion at 6pm for a short reading and music followed by a walk to the top of Peets Hill to light our candles together. Come dressed for the weather.

Battery powered lights are recommended - we will provide small votive candles or you can bring your own. Feel free to add your child's name or birth date to a decorated jar for an extra bright light or simply bring a flashlight and walk with us.

This is a family friendly event! It is open to anyone who has been touched by a pregnancy or infant loss. Please come light a candle in honor of your sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews, grandchildren and friends.
