A weekly mediation meeting that accommodates individuals of all ages including families and kids. There will be childcare!! The meeting will start off with families sitting together for 15 minutes to do a child-appropriate meditation/breathing exercise (toddlers/babies under 3 can go to childcare right away but kids over 3 are welcome to stay and sit with parents). Kids will then be invited to the play room while adults are left to have a formal meditation for 30 minutes. This will be followed by a Dharma talk/discussion for 30 minutes. Meetings will be lead by various Bozeman Dharma Center teachers such as Suzanne Colon, Amy Strom, Karen DeCotis and Alice Robinson. Snacks and tea offered after the meeting for people to mingle and connect.
