“The Crossing Choir”: World Premiere Choral Work and Film
Kick off this season’s WonderLust Preludes & Performances with a world-class, world premiere of a new choral work and film. The Warren Miller Performing Arts Center, under the leadership of John Zirkle, presents the Philadelphia-based GRAMMY-winning choir, The Crossing, in collaboration with composer Michael Gordon and filmmaker and Guggenheim Fellow, Bill Morrison. As the first installment of a four-year project, the group will present the first hour of a 24-hour long-form choral work and film that focuses on place-based themes in Montana.
