Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is the most effective fighting style when in close quarters or on the ground. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant making it the perfect form of self-defense for women to learn. Because BJJ takes place in close quarters and on the ground its often intimidating for women. Gallatin Valley Martial Arts is offering a special "women's only" 3 week introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu workshop. Come learn why BJJ is an excellent workout and a self-defense must.
