Dr. Jean Dixon, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences, will deliver “Soil’s Outer Limits: What Isotopes from Space Tell Us About the Sensitivity of Soils at Earth’s Surface” at 7 p.m. Monday, March 11, in the MSU Strand Union Building’s Ballroom C. Light refreshments will be served prior to the talk. The event is free and open to the public as part of the Montana Institute on Ecosystems’ Distinguished Lecturer Series.
