How to Find, Prepare & Eat Great Seafood in Montana with Feast Bistro
Fork & Spoon is thrilled to be partnering with Chef Nikki Dupre from Feast Raw Bar & Bistro for the third of our series of "Local Celebrity Chef" Cooking Classes. Join us on Saturday, May 11 to learn the ins and outs of good seafood in our very landlocked town. The evening includes a hands-on cooking class, complimentary cocktail (21+), recipe packet to take home, and a delicious family-style dinner with the chef.

Chef Nikki will explain where to find quality seafood, how to clean and process the good stuff, and how to put your own unique spin on the preparations. Finally, true to the name, we will Feast!
Join us for a fun evening of food, drink, friends, music and stories with a chef from one of Bozeman's favorite restaurants. We will cap registration at 16 participants, so reserve your spot early! Please indicate whether we need to accommodate for any food allergies. If you're not a seafood lover, stay tuned for future classes! Our custom Fork & Spoon aprons and other merchandise will also be available for sale. All proceeds from this event go directly to Fork & Spoon Homestyle Kitchen.
