Emotional Resilience

Emotional resilience is when you are able to calm your frantic mind after encountering a negative experience. It is intrinsic motivation, an inner force by which we can hold ourselves through all the downsides of life. Growing in emotional resilience requires that you work towards greater self-knowledge. It is important, for example, that you to learn to identify how you react in emotional situations. Becoming aware of how you react when stressed helps you gain better control over those reactions. We will help you develop a good framework to help guide you towards becoming more aware of your emotions. This workshop will focus on: building your emotional coping skills Prevent racing thoughts, and negative self-talk Learn to manage your emotions to prevent obsessing over things out of our control. Your Adventure Rx has partnered with Yellowstone Wellness to bring you this workshop.
