Marsha Goetting – MSU Extension Family Finance:  Legacy Planning for Patients and Caregivers. Participants will learn how “tools” such as financial powers of attorney and health care power of attorney can assist them with legacy planning.  They will also learn how to pass property without probate, thus leaving money for the surviving spouse and heirs.
