Life is like climbing a mountain. There are ebbs and flows, a need to take breaks, the possibility of getting lost, and striving to make it back down from the top safely. Let me share with you how years of international travel, and wandering through remote mountain terrain has taught me how to be resilient when times get tough. Resiliency builds coping strategies to adapt more comfortably to difficulties. Let’s build a mountain of resilience together.In this workshop you will learn how to: • Enhance your emotional resilience by increasing self-awareness and harnessing your attention to enhance health, performance and relationships • Develop an open, aware and flexible mind-set to bring awareness of thought patterns and emotions• Improve your mental agility and better manage unhelpful thoughts and emotional reactions using the skill of mindfulness.• Stop.
