Gallatin College Live: Virtual Reality Tour of Drafting Student Home Designs
Virtual and augmented reality technology is becoming more prevalent in design presentations by architectural, engineering, and construction companies as it allows clients to visualize 2D floorplans in 3D. Students in Gallatin College's Architectural Drafting class were given a small building lot in a local subdivision and the chance to showcase their own home designs in the virtual realm. Join Drafting and CAD Technology Program Director, Sean Peterson, Revit Instructor, Brian Nickel, and a few of their students for a 18 minute tour through their virtual neighborhood.
Gallatin College Live is a virtual exploratory series to run through the 2020/2021 school year as a thank you to the community for its support over the past 10 years. The series will feature the college's expert instructors as they share useful tips, industry secrets, and live demos from their programs.
