Join us for this 2-week Zoom course taught by Montana Mindfulness Project Instructor Margaret Kachadurian.

In this 3-hour workshop, offered in two 1.5 hour sessions, we’ll introduce mindfulness practices, learn about their cultural roots, & engage in hands-on experiential immersion.
