The Montana Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan (2018) lists 11 hazards, of which three (transportation/hazmat, disease, and terrorism/unrest) are dominantly human in nature. The remaining eight are natural processes that are hazards because we chose to expose ourselves. All are present in the Bozeman area.
