The Nightingale's Sonata
World-renowned flutist Thomas Wolf presents his award-winning book, The Nightingale's Sonata, in an audio-visual presentation with accompanying performances by Angella Ahn (violin) and Steven Vanhauwaert (piano). Nightingale chronicles the astounding legacy of Wolf’s grandmother, Lea Luboschutz, a Russian violin virtuoso who escaped the Bolsheviks with two of her three children and became a concert soloist and household name in Germany, France, and the United States.
