11th Annual DREAM Buddy Walk

The DREAM Buddy Walk is coming back for its 11th year in Bozeman on Saturday September 25th, 2021. As in previous years, the walk will begin at 11 AM at the Gallatin County Regional Park – The Dinosaur Playground - in Bozeman. The DREAM Buddy Walk is the sole fundraiser for Down syndrome Research, Education, Advocacy in Montana (D.R.E.A.M.). The funds raised every year help families pay for medical expenses, early intervention therapies, tutors, adaptive equipment and adult continuing education. In addition to the local grants, the Buddy Walk also supports national disability rights initiatives and Down syndrome research through the National Down Syndrome Society.

Even more so after the COVID-19 pandemic, celebrating being together in an inclusive way is so very important. This year, we want to focus on coming together safely to celebrate the lives of those who have Down syndrome as we continue our commitment to promoting their inclusion in all facets of our community.

The DREAM Buddy Walk is a 1–mile loop around the Gallatin County Regional Park. We are so grateful to live in such a generous community that believes in what we are doing and embraces who we are. D.R.E.A.M. helps pave the way for people with Down syndrome in our community. Please join us in safely celebrating inclusion, families and friendship!

Registration begins at 10 AM at the Dinosaur Playground off of Oak Street and Davis in Bozeman. The suggested donation to walk is $10. For more information please check out the DREAM website at www.dream-mt.org
