Provost’s Distinguished Lecturer Series
Montana State University has announced the lineup of faculty members who will present lectures during the 2021-22 academic year as part of the university’s ninth annual Provost’s Distinguished Lecturer Series.
The series of free, public talks recognizes outstanding MSU faculty for their creative scholarship and leadership. Faculty presenting in the series will speak on the inspirations for their work in talks aimed at both professionals and the public.
Lectures will be held in the Hager Auditorium at the Museum of the Rockies. They’ll begin at 7 p.m. and each will be followed by a reception at 8 p.m.
This year’s lecturers and dates are listed below:
- Oct. 12 – Laura Larsson, College of Nursing
- Nov. 16 – Brian D’Urso, Department of Physics
- Feb. 8 – Doralyn Rossmann, Digital Library Initiatives
- March 8 – Ralph Johnson, School of Architecture
- April 12 – Mark Schure, Department of Health and Human Development
