If you want to try pole classes, this class is for you. If you are just starting your pole journey and want to learn the basics, this class is for you. Starlite is delighted to welcome you to the exciting art of Pole Dancing. Intro to Pole teaches you the fundamentals of pole technique & strength training; from walking around the pole to basic spins/floor work, various pole sits/holds, as well as instruction in climbing and basic inversions. Please wear shorts/sports tops that provide knee, thigh, side & armpit/elbow exposure to allow for the grip on the pole.
