Awakening the Body of Love
On this Day of Mindfulness offered by Dharmacharya Greg Grallo in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, we will return to the Four Establishments of Mindfulness and explore the interconnection between the body, the mind, and the world.
