OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Training

“NO COST” OSHA 10 Training for Construction at the Job Service Bozeman Center, 121 No Willson St; Bozeman. The OSHA 10 Hour Course teaches workers how to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job related hazards as well as about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. After the training has been completed the attendee’s (class students) receive course completion cards from OSHA. Active participation in and completion of this course may give attendee’s (class students) an advantage when applying for jobs as some employers, unions, and various other jurisdictions now require workers to have this training to work on job sites and to help fulfill their safety training goals. Course Completion Cards will be issued within 60 days of class completion.

Course Topics: Required-Introduction to OSHA; Falls, fall protection; Caught-In or Between; Struck-By; Electrocution; Health Hazards; PPE, Electives-Material Handling; Hand & Power Tools, Trenches & Excavations; Scaffolds; Welding; Cranes/Hoists; Stairways & Ladders.
