Learn the basics of birding, aka avian dinosaur watching, with avid birder and Outreach Program Manager Ashley Hall. While T. rex is now extinct, avian dinosaurs are thriving in our region’s many habitats. Learn proper binocular use, how to identify birds based on shape and call, and how to set up and track birds through your own eBird account. Meet at Map Brewery parking lot. We will look for birds around the Glen Lake trail and then grab a brew on MAP’s patio. Don’t have your own binoculars? We will provide them for you.  Age 21+ only | Limited to 15 adults
