Join us as we learn about the basics of snow and avalanche safety for the upcoming ski, snowboard, and snowmobile seasons. This free, short workshop will cover the basics as well as have demonstrations of common safety equipment for snowy terrain. This workshop will take place on Thursday, Dec 1 or Dec 8 from 6-7:30PM. Both workshops will cover the same topics in different methods. Dec 1's workshop will be led by Eric Knoff of Six Points Avalanche Education. A couples' lift ticket to Big Sky Resort and 2 Bridger Bowl tickets will be the door prizes for the night! Dec 8 will be led by Friends of Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center's Education Program. 4 Bridger Bowl lift ticket will be the door prizes for the night!
