Reception for Montana State faculty authors

The College of Letters and Science at Montana State University will celebrate six faculty authors who have recently published books at a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in Norm Asbjornson Hall’s Inspiration Hall. The reception is free and open to the public.

The event will feature a discussion with Yves Idzerda, dean of the College of Letters and Science, and Amanda Hendrix-Komoto, assistant professor in the Department of History and Philosophy. They will talk about Hendrix-Komoto’s new book, “Imperial Zions: Religion, Race and Family in the American West and the Pacific.”

Paid parking is available in the MSU parking garage adjacent to Norm Asbjornson Hall, and parking in Bobcat, Wolf and Stadium lots is free after 6 p.m. A map for parking can be found at montana.edu/parking/.
