Featuring creative and locally sourced world class food. “Food, like a dance, is a choreographed story and expression between the artist, the locale and the viewer or guest.” - Chef Eduardo is a Montana native and currently hosts his own cooking show, Big Sky Kitchen, on the Magnolia Network a James Beard 2023 awardee. After traveling the world as a yacht chef he co-founded the clean label food brand Montana Mex. In 2017 an award winning documentary on his life was released chronicling the story of his journey after surviving a 2,400 volt of electricity while out hunting.
