Please come and welcome five new officers to the Bozeman Police Department.  The Swearing-In Ceremony is to be held on August 31, 2023, in the Training Room of the Bozeman Public Safety Center located at 901 N Rouse Avenue at 4:00 pm. 

Please use the entrance on the south side of the building and you will be directed upstairs to the Training Room.  We will be swearing in Erin Corvello who is a lateral police officer from the Virginia Beach PD; Jared Rumsey, a lateral officer from Dillion, Montana; Breanna Fossum, a former Gallatin County Detention Officer; Jackson Jenkins, a lateral from Orange County, Vermont; and Chesa Solorzano who was one of our Special Services Officers.  Fossum and Solorzano will be starting at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy in Helena on Monday, September 5th while Corvello, Rumsey and Jenkins will begin our Field Training program. 

We are excited to be welcoming these five officers to the department. In conjunction with our Swearing-In Ceremony, we will be handing out various awards to recognize the important contributions of our officers. We encourage anyone who is interested in this public event to attend.
