Calling all cooks, bakers, and food lovers! Bozeman Public Library is hosting a recipe test club! This is how it will work:

1. Find a recipe for the chosen item. Check out library materials if you need inspiration. 
2. Try cooking it at home. 
3. Bring in the results and any notes or comments you have on the recipe.
4. We'll taste test, discuss, and choose our favorites. 

September Special Guest: Sarah Creech

Sarah Creech was once a food scientist and she worked on creating backpacking meals. September's Recipe Test Kitchen will focus on backpacking meals, bring your favorite camping meal, hiking snack, or other similar meal and we'll discuss how these meals were developed and the work that goes into them. 

Program takes place at 6:30PM on September 19 in the Cottonwood Room.
