State of the City Address
Mayor Terry Cunningham will give the presentation on Monday, March 18 at noon at the Crawford Theater at the Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture, 111 S Grand Ave, and on Wednesday, March 20 at 6 p.m. at Fire Station 3, 17705 Vaquero Pkwy. The presentation will also be live streamed on the City’s Facebook page and available for viewing later on the City’s YouTube channel.
“Bozeman City Commissioners want to change the format and location of this event to promote more interaction and to reach more members of our community,” Mayor Cunningham explained. “These are challenging times in our city, and we would all benefit from broadening the opportunities to gather and share ideas. I’ve often referred to our commission meetings as the community kitchen table—a place where people can come together and discuss things they care about. Let’s work together to build that spirit moving forward.”
The State of the City is an annual address that the mayor gives about the current status of the city and key priorities for the upcoming year. The same presentation will be given at both locations.
This event is open to all members of the public. As part of the event, attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions for Mayor Cunningham to answer and attend a meet and greet with the mayor and available members of the city commission.
