Windhorse Equine Learning is hosting Cowpokes and Cocktails, a fundraiser to benefit Windhorse’s youth empowerment programs. The event is Saturday, July 27, and will feature a liberty horsemanship performance, buffet dinner, hosted bar, music and dancing by Little Jane and the Pistol Whips, live and silent auctions and an art raffle.
